What should I do/learn now?

I have the very basic way to solve down..It's one of the ones on youtube that is for extreme beginners.

I am very interested in speed solving and I would like to know what I should learn now.

If you could provide a link and opinions that would be very helpful, please do.

What is your average time? I recommend learning basic F2L.

My average time is somewhere between 1:30 and 1:40..Do you have a link for basic F2l?

You might want to practise your beginners method at that average. When you hit around 1 minute then learn F2L.

Try other methods also, like Petrus, or Roux.

But before you do that you probably should get down to around a minute.

I started learning F2L from Jessica Fridrich's website. It keep things simple by showing just 1 algorithm for each F2L case.
