Just started cubing again ever since i stopped for over 6 months and decided to teach some of my friends because i somewhat caught their attention in school and in class.

What methods are efficient for learning the first 41 algorithms, then the 57, and the final 21? Because i personally use repetition to teach myself. eg: Repeat same algorithm for as many to remember then do the algorithm again the next day and so on to pin it in my head.

By first 41 algorithms I'm guessing your referring to F2L algs. I'm not sure because I use intuitive F2L. Which I would recommend.
Also, most people learn the final 21 (PLL's) before they learn the other 57. (OLL's)

When I learn a new alg. I read it off the page and do it slowly. During the first few times I try and figure out which finger tricks I would like to do with it. Then once I got my finger tricks down, and can do it without looking at the page I do that alg. over and over for about 5 minutes or so. By then I pretty much have it memorized. I usually do it for another few sets of a couple minutes through out that day and the next couple days.

F2L should be intuitive. After seeing a certain case multiple times, you will eventually deveop an alg for that case. Soon it will be muscle memory. If you find a case that takes too long to solve, find an alg for it and slowly incorperate that into your solves.

If you want to teach you friends you should definately NOT try to teach them 41 + 57 + 21 algs

A lot of people already run away screaming when they hear the word "algoritm"...
Guess what happens when you tell your friends you want to learn them 119 algs?

Teach them LBL / Petrus with 4LLL or Roux / CF which require minimal algs instead.

Then when they can confidently solve and want to become faster you can point them to the right places to find additional info on their preferred method. If this is CFOP than definately inuitive F2L for starters, lateron add algs for difficult or inefficienct intuitive solutions.
