what is the best cube 4 speedcubing

[Rubixcubematt]

hey guys, i was just wondering what is the best kind of cube, whether it be a hybrid or the new type DIY. Please comment on what you think is the best kind

[DAE_JA_VOO]

Personally, i use a white Type D with an old Type A core (specifically a WHITE Type D, not a black one. The white ones are far better).

[bubblebuddy73]

Are you talking about the best OH cube? because this is in the OH section....

[nitrocan]

there are many threads with the same topic in the hardware section.

[Rosson91]

I think the best cube is a d type with a core

[Swordsman Kirby]

My cube's the best.

[Dene]

My cube's the best.

Don't be silly, Frank Morris' is!

[hagendaasmaser]

this type of thread seems very similar to others....

I agree that you can find a similar thread in hardware. Rubik's.com DIY 2006 model FTW!

ha. My green cube is the best. Apparently except for Lucas's cube.
And everyones OH cube was looser than mine I felt like. But mine is still the best.

Exactly 2006 FTW! I have one DIY 2006 set still disambled, 2005 is very good too, wich I use now.

Mines pretty tight too now.

Rama's cube is indeed very good, the one he used on his OH avg video. I tried it and it gives me nice times

Rubik core and b type cubies FTW

I use a 25th Anniversary-Cube, bought about... mh... 10 Month ago. And until now, it's the best OH-Cube I ever tested

[CAT13]

I just dug up my old 25th anniversary cube and tried it and it is phenomenal. Not for two handed, but for one handed it is. My average dropped a good five seconds when I started using it. So now I'm down to mid-high 40s
