What are your thoughts on the upcoming changes to the WCA?

[goober123]

In 2027, Clock will be removed from the events list and the FTO will be added, along with switching to 4-pad. What do you think?

[Michael Wimberly]

Remove clock - bad
Add FTO - good
4-pad - good

[Jteddy]

I don't care about clock being removed or switching to 4 pad but I'm happy about FTO being added.

I dont even mind that clock is getting removed. Barely practice it anymore, it's honestly really easy tho. These changes are fine

[BVCuber13]

Clock removed: worst wca decision ever
FTO added: yay!
4-pad: meh this isn’t that good

[mdcuber9]

Clock: eh I mean I don’t do clock much but I’m sad for those who have dedicated hours to it
FTO: Amazing decision, super happy, a little bittersweet at the expense of clock though
4-pad: Actually the best WCA decision ever, ever since they announced the change I switched to it and now it feels weird to do a 2-pad start lol
