I can theoretically solve an infinitely sized cube because I know the parity algorithms for the edges. If you are asking of the largest cube that we have personally solved, then for me it is the 10x10. With enough time I could solve an infinitely large cube, just because it still follow the basic solving, of centers first, then edges, then 3x3 stage. It is just that it would take longer and longer each order larger you go.
So I could solve a 1,000,000x1,000,000 if I had infinite time and if the cube existed, but of cubes I have solved the 10x10 is my largest solve.

I can theorhetically solve a 999↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑(99999 more arrows)↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑999 x 999↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑(99999 more arrows)↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑999 x 999↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑(99999 more arrows)↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑999 if it was 1-3 turns away form a solved state.
If you don't know what ↑ means, its a way to represent exponents.
For example, 2↑2 = 2^2 = 4 (Exponentiation)
2↑↑2 = 2^2^2 = 2^4 = 16 (Tetration)
2↑↑↑2 = 2^2^2^2 = 2^2^4 = 2^16 = 65536(Pentration)
And so on and so forth.

I didn’t know what else to title it… I couldn’t find another word to say “what’s the largest Rubik’s cube you can solve” without making it sound like I was talking about the size of the cube, not #x#.
