Whai hello thar.

Hey, I'm new here but I have been stalking around for abit around the forums before,
I'm a 15 year old guy from the Philippines speed cubing for about 3 months now.

At the moment I can only solve a 3x3 and I only own a 3x3 because of money constraints.
My averages are 30-35 and the occasional sub-30, My personal best is 24.19

Right now I 2look my OLL and PLL, I can easily recognize the PLLs but I still don't have the algorithms memorized yet.

For now I only use a Sanded and silicon sprayed Rubik's brand cube for all this time and had never held a real speed cube.

I might get a Dayan Zhanchi soon.

Hello! You are really fast for only 2 look and for using a Rubik's brand, which is awesome. The forums are really fun!

Surfer Singed, nice avatar choice!

I'd suggest getting a good speedcube, it's a huge change from a Rubik's brand. If you can, get some lube as well

Thanks for the feedback, I honestly thought it was kinda slow. But yeah, the cube took some time to be smooth, Although there's still no corner cutting as a real speed cube and I'd bet a real speed cube would definitely be better

I use a silicone spray lube, and yes thanks for the suggestion. I am getting either a Moyu Weilong or a Dayan Zhanchi soon, but it seems that the Dayan has caught my attention more and I've read that it seems to be more recommended and more friendly to people new to speed cubing.

Yes, i only have two speedcubes: The WeiLong and the Zhanchi. The Zhanchi was my first speedcube and i loved it, it is very fast, but the WeiLong is my main now, it would just teach bad turning habits and stuff to a cuber new to speedcubes though, so i really recommend getting a Zhanchi instead. Welcome to the forum! The Dayan Zhanchi was my first speedcube and. I got it when I was around 30 seconds. It rocks.
