Video about best PLL execution in slow motion

Hi guys,

I noticed that most of my PLL are not efficient since I do a lot of re-grips and cube rotations. I think I could make them a lot faster using a better way to execute them.

I would be very happy if you could suggest me a video who shows in very slow motion the best way to execute every PLL and finger tricks, avoiding cube rotations and re-grips.

P.S. What's the best F PLL you know? I've seen there are a lot out there and I don't know which one I should choose, since the one I'm using is very bad.

That's a good video. You could also always ask about the fingertrck for any particular PLL in the One Answer Question Thread.
Also, for a solid F-perm, I'd recommend R' U' F' (T-perm without the last F') U R.
