I do not know how to start. Do I just solve the cube using CFOP like I normally do but using one hand or is there a seperate method I have to learn. I am a lefty so I use my right hand. Do I need to learn new algs. I don't know please tell me how to start off

Just solve it like you'd normally do - if you are using CFOP, use CFOP, if you are a Roux'er . . .
You might want to learn additional algorithms, because some "normal" ones aren't very fingertrickable for OH.

Why do you want to use your right hand?

If you prefer R U moves in 2H-solving, then you should use your left hand. For algorithms check out the wiki (OH). There are some OH-optimised OLLs and PLLs. Most important thing for one handed is of course practise ;-)

I use my right hand becAuse I am a lefty.. I just prefer right. Can you link me to algs for OH

I'm a lefty too, but I use left hand for OH. I do everything left handed except using the mouse. And using left hand gives you easier access to algorithms too.

The hand you use doesn't matter because you can opt for different plls and such. I'm left handed and I use my right hand because a lot of my algs are L and U based.

I don't see why lefties would use their right hand for OH, i'm a lefty and it's soo much easier to use my left and ALOT of my alg are <R,U> algs.

You have to try OH for a while by yourself because it's just so awkward. My first OH solve took me a whole lunch period (~20min) because my hand wasn't used to it at all. I don't practice much though, so I only average ~1min.
