Hi,

Please note that gmeet links have been posted relatively alot (mainly by our little group thing), and you have decided NOW is the perfect time to say we cant ? Also, I dont think its a personal gmeet link if the title of the thread is literally "USA ALL STARS WATCH PARTY". Note that this was a watch party.
If your message is sent as some people may join and have their name leaked, they can log out of their gmail before joining, and they can pick whatever name they want.

Please be mindful next time.

Yes I was worried about the names and details being shared. Most of the cubing community demographic is kids and teenagers.

If logging out of gmail and joining gmeet works, then problem solved.

As far as I know, logging out of gmail does not allow gmeet to join, we do need an email ID to join.

all of these jonathans are just me, normally gmeet would have my name, which isnt jonathan, which tbh im completely fine being out there, afterall my wca id is linked to my profile.
on my pc i was logged out of gmail, so it let me pick a display name thing, and it worked completely fine (i am signed out of everything on google on my pc).

There is Private Messaging on this website. The constant “gmeet” in the profile post section is also spam and annoying.
