Uploading a timer

Hello, I am working on a project for timing yourself when solving. I wanted to share it here, and get some feedback because its a cube timing program. Am I allowed to do that? And if I can, where should i put it?

Try uploading it to rapidshare and posting a link here.

Make sure you put it in a zip-file and that you include instructions about how to get the program running in a simple text file
