hello

i've heard someone say that i should avoid cube rotations (xyz) as much as possible in F2L, i was just wondering how, do i leave the corner piece in UTR or UTL and turn the bottom two layers?

2nd questions is for the T perm F(RU'R'U)RUR2(F'RU)(RU'R') the F' slows me down significantly, was wondering if there's a better one or some method of position the left hand in place before the F' comes up?

thanks

use the right thumb for F'
A lot of people do that. And how is that a T perm?
edit: I suck at executing algs)

As for cube rotations, you need to learn how to insert pairs from different angles. I think it was this video.

Use the inverse of the algorithm you are using for the T-Perm, which is the one almost everyone is using.
