Some general tips on techniques to practice deliberately?

I've been cubing for 4 months and I now average around 20s on 3x3, and around 1:20 on 4x4 (these are the two main events I do), and I don't really do anything other than solving on cstimer and learning new algorithms occasionally (I'm trying to learn full oll). Any tips would be very useful and appreciated greatly.
