Trade V-Cube WHITE

Hi,

I got the white set instead of the black set. Maybe there is someone with the black set instead of the white. I live in Austria (Vienna) and my Cubes are untouched. I trade my brandnew white set with a new black set (not modded etc.).

I hope there is someone who got the same problem (weird hope). If there's no one to trade within the next 1-2 weeks, I will send the cubes back. Does anyone have experience with sending the cubes back to Verdes? I lost my belief in Verdes. =(

I have experience with sending back cubes to Verdes
There are no problems with that, however , you do have to pay for their shipping costs to you and that was like 22 euro when I did it

Since you live in Austria, you will not be required to fill in customs forms, for the reason that you are in the European Union. The customs forms are applicable to residents of Non-European Union countries, sorry for the confusion. Just send the package to us please, and we will credit you up to 15Euro for shipping them to us. Email us with a scanned receipt when you have sent them and when we get the cubes back, we will arrange for a credit and for the replacements cubes to be sent to you. We do have a V-Cube 5 BLACK for you.

I think I told you twice or so, that I ordered before it was out. If they are out you CANNOT order them in the shop. Give it a try - there is NO LINK. So please think before you shout at people - no offense, but it's patronizing what you do.

My black V-Cubes arrived yesterday! I just had to send the white cubes back, scan the post office receipt and send it to them per e-mail. They paid the shipping costs and shipped the black cubes!

Very good support. They paid like ~30 Euros shipping costs (my shipping of the white cubes back to them and the shipping of the black cubes to me) so they earned only 55-30=25 Euro with a full set of black V-Cubes!
