Too much lubrication...

I recently lubricated my 3x3 by laying out the cubies and spraying them with CRC silicone spray. After I let it dry (over night), I put it back together. Unfortunately I seems I sprayed too much silicone on the cubies, for the cube seems to be slower than before, and kind of gummy. Does anyone know how to remove some of the lube? Or in some way make it normal again? I have already tried cleaning the pieces with just water and paper towel, but since the silicone has dried, that didn't work. I'm sorry if this type of question has already been posted, I searched the forum and couldn't find anything. Thanks for the help.

Wash your Cube with Water and soap completely and then let it dry, it should be fine again then.

Hey, I just thought I should add if you are looking for a good form of lube for your cube, use Armor All I read that some where and it works great, or since you already bought crc you could spray all of it out into a container and let the acetone and heptane evaporate to get pure silicone. Hope this helps you in the future.
