Yes it seems a newb move to post a thread like this but I am getting increasingly annoyed about how my mindset during cubing affects my solves a lot, and want multiple opinions on what distinct changes there are.
Some days, literally easy sub-10 averages (even of 12 sometimes), others, even 10.5 average is hard, until warming up and practicing for a while.
I have compared my videos of bad and good solves but, because it's myself I can't easily identify errors/areas to improve. Where do I slip, and why?
Here's a video I took a few weeks ago, not my best solves but they show my typical solve style. Unfortunately I don't have a video of me solving badly yet but im sure the really fast people can identify errors even in my 'alright' solving.
Edit: longer ago but it's HD
