Tips for F2L

Ok, I do a few (20) solves every day, and my time can't go down.
I found out that cross and f2l were responsible, I'll work on F2L
so for some reason everytime I rushed through as fast as I can, looking ahead and all that, I got 30s
everytime I slowed down a bit without any breaks, I got 20s but if I took even a tiny break or high move count, I'll get high 20s to 30s
I only know to slow down and look ahead, I hope there are more things I can do because that tip only makes me have 28sec average. I hope to sub 20 or at least 25 soon

If you are in the 20s, I dunno if only doing 20 solves a day is enough practice to really see much improvement.

I used to do 100+ solves a day, and I couldn't be sub-25. Now that I am doing a little less, I am starting to get sub-23.
