YES! Me and everyone else is commited. we only allowed people who for sure could put out video's every week unless something happened. but we do sometimes have to take days to study so we all have prerecorded video to upload if we need to.

I'm sorry but did I hear, "I don't have a V-cube 5, so I don't know if it's a "coh" or not?
KO = Knock Off. You don't say coh, you say kay, oh.
Yeah, I've watched a few videos, to be honest, I didn't like any of them.
Sorry for the negative feedback.
Also, I'm not sure who this is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRTLSQn0svY but please tell him to stop shouting :s

Edit: I checked your channel, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYbgQYKhOso try not to aimlessly fiddle while talking, and try to plan.
Don't say "I think this will be an about me video", and don't continuously spin a tip on a Pyra. Just sayin'.

I really dont know, this looks like one of those cookie cutter channels. I mean you guys really need something original. Cube reviews and cube averages of 5 and 12, personal bests. Its all been done before. Try to find something that will help you guys stick out from the rest of the speedcubing community.

If you haven't already, all the members should have a meeting and brainstorm a LOT of ideas for future videos, that way you have a database of things to make videos from.
I think having something completely unique to make your channel stand out would be a good idea. I don't know what exactly... maybe something like "Highlight videos of the week".
Also, I think avoiding "avg of 5/12" videos is a good idea. Most of them are bland and unwatched unless it's from someone like Feliks.

I know that these are just the first videos and all, but it really does help to plan things out more in the future. It's just more professional, unprepared videos just turn most people off and there are less "umms" and "aahs," so plan ahead. Also, when doing "V-log" type videos, try to keep some eye contact to the camera and not be so distracted. Playing with a cube, "eye fidgeting" around the room randomly, unescessary hand gestures, slouchy/bad posture, bad camera angles, etc. doesn't really make the viewers invested to watch. Fix that.
Get familiar with proper video editing. Watch tutorials and what not. Just make sure the editing is done well. Bad editing is another turn off, so get good at it.
Overall, just clean it up. There are A LOT of things to clean. Most of which can be fixed pretty quickly.

Thie biggest factor into getting popular though in notoriety. None of us know you guys. We have absolutely no clue who you are and have zero reason to suscribe. With the fiveawesomecubers' channel, they had notable cubers, which contributed to their "success"(5000+ subscibers) Do something to get noticed. Doing averages and reviews aren't going to cut it. There are plenty of reviews on v-cubes, guhongs, AVs, etc. What makes yours any different? Nothing. If you're going to do reviews, do it on cubes that don't have many reviews or are pretty new. Ex. X-cube 4. So, do something unique, different, cool on your videos because everything is so bland and uninteresting so far.

Off-topic: 12 year old and have gauges? :P How big are they? Must of hurt when they were done.
