I know that these are just the first videos and all, but it really does help to plan things out more in the future. It's just more professional, unprepared videos just turn most people off and there are less "umms" and "aahs," so plan ahead. Also, when doing "V-log" type videos, try to keep some eye contact to the camera and not be so distracted. Playing with a cube, "eye fidgeting" around the room randomly, unescessary hand gestures, slouchy/bad posture, bad camera angles, etc. doesn't really make the viewers invested to watch. Fix that.
Get familiar with proper video editing. Watch tutorials and what not. Just make sure the editing is done well. Bad editing is another turn off, so get good at it.
Overall, just clean it up. There are A LOT of things to clean. Most of which can be fixed pretty quickly.
Thie biggest factor into getting popular though in notoriety. None of us know you guys. We have absolutely no clue who you are and have zero reason to suscribe. With the fiveawesomecubers' channel, they had notable cubers, which contributed to their "success"(5000+ subscibers) Do something to get noticed. Doing averages and reviews aren't going to cut it. There are plenty of reviews on v-cubes, guhongs, AVs, etc. What makes yours any different? Nothing. If you're going to do reviews, do it on cubes that don't have many reviews or are pretty new. Ex. X-cube 4. So, do something unique, different, cool on your videos because everything is so bland and uninteresting so far.
Off-topic: 12 year old and have gauges?

How big are they? Must of hurt when they were done.
