Hi I have had my Ultimate modded SS 5x5 for a while now. But recently I made a video on how to mod a SS 5x5 into my Ultimate SS 5x5 here is the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9rZTKGg-mk SORRY for the long video I tryied my best to make it the shortest as possible. Also sorry for having some of the stuff off camera. If you want to know more of the Mod check this video out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24RmvqjnQqc. I'm currently still working on Modding the white 5x5 that was shown in the Mod tutorial. I'm also modding a Black one also both of the Modded 5x5 are for a contest that I'm going to have soon along with a white DIY Fangshi 57mm as one of the prizes. Please subscribe to me on youtube to be notified when the contest video is out. I will make the contest video once I finish modding the white 5x5.

That... is one looong video. Though I sincerely think it took you even longer to make. Thanks for doing this, I'll be sure to try it out when school's out! :)

Doing this mod will destroy the structural integrity of the cube beyond repair.......

I really don't think this mod is a good idea.

EDIT: Even if this mod somehow works, I hate fast cubes so yeahhh.....

In all honesty you should re-make the video using a script so that you can focus on what you say without pauses. Also there's a bunch of parts that could be sped up.
Also for the sake of efficiency (don't know if you do this way at home) you should dremel all the parts first, then smooth all the parts first and at the very end focus on lubricating. Showing how to lube a center in the middle of the mod is bad because no one will actually do it at that point. They would generally mod the whole puzzle and lube at the end, maybe forgetting what you showed in the middle of the video.

I'll be waiting for others to try it before I take a go at it.
