Roux w/ TCMLL+L7E, 41 moves. Similar to 42 but uses TCMLL and a "2 look" L7E system comprised of inserting LE/doing EO then L6EP (4B/4C or 1 alg)

I think that using TCMLL+42 could yield amazing results with a solid L7E system
