I don't have any real benchmarks to go off of but I have a 2:15 single and average around 3;30 too

first list what events you do, avgs for each event, and PB single
for me it'd be
3x3- sub 20(17-18)(we don't talk about what happened in worlds prep in palisades lol), 10.92
2x2- mid 5, 0.75(keyboard)0.84(stackmat)
4x4- sub 1:15, 52
5x5- 2:30, 2:04
6x6- ~6 mins, 5:34(all are hand scrambles)
pyra- sub 8, 1.02
skewb- sub 10, 2.7
mega- sub 2, 1:35
squan- sub minute, 17
oh- sub 40, 25
clock- 15, 10.32
fmc- low 60's, 42
for me it'd be

I dont like it, but yh from time to time.
I avg 1:30 tho due to the lack kf actual practice since i dont like the event
