Teamsolving rules

I can't find them anymore at speedcubing.com...

I know you're not allowed to talk, but is pointing (to an F2L pair or piece, for example) allowed?

I thought the rules are like "no communication". And pointing is communicating.

No communicating at all, so no pointing.
I think the more disputed rule is whether or not one person can hold the cube. Like whenever I do teamsolving with people I hold the cube with my left hand and do it OH style and the other person throws in their move with their right hand.
