Suggestions for [R L] U fingertrick

I struggle with this finger trick so much, it's found in the J Perm on cubewhiz, and I just can't do this in one motion consistently. For those who use this J perm, does anyone have any pointers?

Nakajima uses this in his J. Look for his algs and vids.
