It depends what cube. There are some types of cubes where you can't get sub 1 on.

You don't need a special cube to hit sub-60. Just look ahead durring your solves, try to notice what usualy occures, and then notice the next moves neccesary to solve it. Just look ahead durring your solves and speed will follow.
