Hello All!
I have been cubing for around a year and a half now, and I want to start a cube club at my high school. I already have a following of cubers at school (~10-15) and I feel that I would have enough people to make it work. I know way more about cubing than I'd ever need to know, and I want to have a dedicated time to address questions that people ask me, ie. teaching people how to solve the cube and get faster. I've already gotten together some materials, but I fear that most people that come in will want to learn from the start how to solve the cube which takes a lot of time. I have one hard copy of Ryan's Guide to Speedsolving the Rubik's Cube or something along those lines, but I can't find that on the web anymore. These and the You Can Do The Cube might be good resources for teaching people from scratch.
Does anyone have a good structure for running a club like this? Has anybody done this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
-Austin
