bruh read the rules next time blud
My guy people only actually care about bumps if it is irrelevant to a dead thread from a while ago.
OP is bumping the thread to, I assume, spark a discussion about the topic at hand - although I guess that it is a little annoying that they didn't say anything other then bump.

Also I think they know the rules, they've been on the forums for twice as long as you.
bumping without any useful information
Yes, but it also says :
  • You may only "bump" your thread if you have meaningful new information to add. Otherwise, use the Edit button on your original post.
I have never seen anyone follow the rule that states you should edit the original post rather then bumping (although I may have interpreted it wrong).
Still, the moderation here is not good enough (don't ban me) to care about little rules that most people don't care about.

Think of it like jaywalking.

(why do I make such large posts about these things, gotta stop)

Anyway, on topic now !

Personally, I don't like most of the events that Gan holds, such as this, but mainly because of how cringe they can be with marketing and all that. But that's the same for like any Chinese cube manufacturer, so maybe its just cause I don't like Gan.

Well im pretty sure he bumped this thread because ssl is happening tomorrow, and so people dont make another thread, he just bumped this for anyone that wants to talk about the event live
that should have been specified,

I was minutes away from going on an almost 2 hour drive out of town. I didn’t have the time to say “hey guys so basically ssl-s5 is will start tommrow. the reason I’m bumping this is because of the preceding sentence to spark some discussion blah blah blah”

I just wanted to remind y’all 😭
