SS members going to worlds 2025! (Post Worlds)

[Caleb Valenzuela]

Worlds finals were amazing. 5x5 with Tymon clutching a championship with a world record, clock coming down to the last solve, 2x2 down to the last solve, Sebastian regaining 4x4 after 8 years, Max winning two titles, Sameer going back to back in his hometown, and Yiheng hitting a 4.41 to win 3x3. All in front of a packed house.

I am so glad I was there.

it’s crazy how Sebastian is still so competitive considering how long he’s been competing for.

Nations Cup was a bit messy at the beginning though. It would have been better to include score cards for each competitor to avoid cube mix-ups. Like i saw people in the live stream blaming the runners/scramblers when they could have just added score cards from the start to avoid incidents like that.

Well Worlds is over, and what a championship that was. I made so many amazing memories that I’ll cherish forever. @Garf @BVCuber13 @Cubinginatree @NebraskanSpeedsolver @Discomantis @AJT17 thank you all for your company. And thank you to those of you who staffed. Until we meet again!

Was an amazing experience, I’m so glad I got to share it with you guys!
