Square-1 Help (sub-40)

I need help, I know both U-perms,the H-perm, Z-perm, parity, adj adj, opp opp and about 3 double layer EPs. I know all the CPs and about 3/4 of the EOs. My cubeshape time is baout 7 seconds or so, and my parity time is about 9-11 seconds. What should I learn next?

I should have probably posted this in the video gallery, oh well....

I use Lars' H perm and yes I use Woner's cube shape. As for fingertricks I don't know how on a Square-1 its not exactly like a 3x3.

So wouldn't taht be the same thing, and when I said m2 I mean m2 (3,0) m2 etc. Now about finger tricks how do you suggest I learn them?

You mentioned fingertricks, but I find it hard to fingertrick the bottom layer of my square-1 cause it's so damn loose. Any way I can fix that and make it tighter, since I can only tension the /'s?

I'm using an mf8, by the way. And I'm getting a cubetwist soon to try it out if that's any better in this regard.

Mine is a puzl square-1 ( I think its an MF8), and by the way Cubetwists tend to pop alot.

Well I'll see that for myself. I just hate not being able to control the puzzle without wrist-turning the bottom layer. It's really slowing me down.

I would say about 45 seconds.

I'm around 35-49ish it sorta depends, if I'm standing up I'm gonna get sub-40 if not I'll get around 44. Parity ruins my solves unless I know an EP or something like that.
