I think he meant physical location too,
but does that really matter?
It's a speedcubing shop in the USA. That means faster shipping, and that's most of what you should be caring about.

Yes, Konstintinos (excuse spelling) said at Nationals if I wanted to sell V-Cubes that they could be about 5 or 6 USD each but I would have to buy about 1,000 of them. I don't think that that would be realistic though.
