speedcubing improvement

hi everybody,

which part should I work on improving the most? (I use F2L and 4look Last Layer, learning full PLL so I know a few)

Solve 1:
Cross=7.40
F2L=18.41
LL=10.76

Solve 2:
Cross=7.37
F2L=17.82
LL=11.21

so the times are pretty much the same.
What part should I improve the most?

Definitely F2L. F2L takes up the most time. Focus on OLL/PLL later.

Work on Cross so you can get it below 5 seconds consistently first.

Compared to what I had when I was that speed, your LL seems average but your cross and f2l are lacking...
Use your full 15 sec (or more) for cross inspection until you become more comfortable. Do not rush cross. Sometimes there are really clever and simple ways to multitask cross pieces instead of doing one at a time... one of the biggest things that helped me with cross was to learn the color scheme... know that blue is opposite green and orange/red etc... and also know red green orange blue.. don't assume that you have to bring all cross pieces into the top layer and insert them 1 at a time... find the fastest solution.
For f2l, take the standard advice. Don't make it more complicated than it is. Go slow and train to do pairs without thinking about where or how they go into the slots, only then focus on tracking corners or edges and scanning for the matching piece while you are solving a pair... see the case and react, but turn slow enough to keep track of your pieces of your next pair...

Also take note that some of the steps will naturally improve as you just do more solves in general. A 10s LL is not too bad, that's good enough for sub30 no doubt. Take longer than 15s if you need to for the cross. Learn to do it blindfolded. If you don't already, start solving the cross on bottom. Once you can get your cross down to 3-4 seconds (optimally you'll want it in 2-3 seconds) then focus harder on your F2L. Your LL will come naturally, but 10s is pretty decent for 4LLL I suppose.
