Good Morning everyone. As you can see my best times in the signature and the title of the thread, I wanted to post some of mine example solves here so that you guys can give me suggestions.

Please suggest what all improvements should i do in these solves, Apart from that The following things trouble me
1. My solve contains a lot of rotations, rather than AUF in OLL and PLL, i rotate and then apply the algs, do i need to change this habit?
2. I Can immediately recognise any F2l case and perform a solution on it, but i m quite far from what they call, rotationless F2L (i.e in cases where its possible to solve BL and BR slots without cube rotation, i do a y2 or something)
3. My look ahead is the main problem, i just suck at it(its almost zero) , and quite much suck at finger tricks too . I cant go at very high TPS , the best i can go is 12-13 TPS on antisune and around 9-10 on PLLs(my best time attack is 47 seconds), while 3-4 in a general solve. Also for some plls, like V , Ja, Ra perm, i alternately keep switching between 2 algs in a solve as i feel like , mainly because i cant decide which is faster.

Any kind of help will be appreciated , i dont really want you to help me by how i can do these particular scrambles better, but in general, what all should i do to improve QUICKLY from here. I m willing to put any amount of effort , but i really want to improve very fast, I dont have much time with me.

Thanks in Advance :)

Well my webcam sucks a bit, but here is a solve on it. I know the quality sucks, but let me know if u guys can manage with it, I will post more solves with if u say or otherwise i will ask someone else to record some solves for me. As you guys feel right, because I m noob. . Had done this just a few days back. I repeat, this is a quite good solve for me, and it still has lots of rotations, and as my look sucks, the pause after each step is there.
A big problem is that due to the way i practise, i have developed a solving style of the format, trigger, pause, trigger, pause. I cant go smoothly.

Any kind of advise appreciated. I have reconstructed the video in this link.

This is what I would have done for solve 1
B2 U2 L U' R L' U B2 F2 U D L R2 B L2 B D' U2 B R L' F L R2 F

Cross: R' F L D2 F2 5/5

F2L 1: R U L' U R' L 6/11
F2L 2: d' (L U L' )U (L U' L) 8/19
F2L 3: (R U' R') 3/22
F2L 4: (R' U' R) 3/25
OLL: U' R U R2 U' R' F R U R U' F' 12/37
PLL: R' U' R2 U R U R' U' R U R U' R U' R' U' 16/53 (z perm)

Eliminating rotations is about finding the best first pair and learning algs from all angles. In doing a seemingly complicated first pair the rest of my solve requires but 1 rotation. So as you go through slow solves practicing your f2l try and find the pair that will make the rest of the solve easist not neccesarily the first pair you see. and examine wether you actually have to rotate to solve the case. The best way to do this is to just solve the f2l ignoring edge flip so you can see which cases actually need rotations.
