Use the R and U versions, they’re much better for big cubes such as 4x4.

When I go jperm.net only the Ua perm makes sense, but when I select the pen icon I get three choices. So which one do I use?

Ok. Alg moved 3 edge pieces to correct sides. Only 2 corner pieces on the same side face need to be swapped, but I don’t see an algorithm for it. There’s one diagonal corners, nothing for my case. I hope I didn’t paint myself into a corner.

You sadly have parity. You will need to do the parity algorithm first. Hold the red side to your left, and then do the alg.
