Solving last corner of 12 sides Megaminx

Hi,

I have a 12 sides megaminx and just cannot get the last corner correct no matter what algo I tried. If I get the last layer correct then the rest of the cube become jumbled up.
Really not sure what can i do now, Anybody with the same issue afrom before?

It's just like a 3x3, it's a corner twist. If you can get a good grip on the underside of the piece, you can twist it back. That unfortunately happens a lot with some megaminxes.
