How does the glue affect the clock
Aesthetically, I believe it is not up to his standards, but he wants to cover the costs of materials. The clock is still functionally fine. Because it is not up to his standards, he does not believe that he can sell the clock at the normal price, which is respectable.

Yeah, the clock functions fine. Just the area around two of the pins doesn't look the best.
