I put down the cube for a few days and then today I picked it up again. My times although, were much higher and my hands felt weak and sluggish. Has this happened to any of you?

Yes, this tends to happen to me on random days; for me, those days are just bad for cubing. Perhaps after a decent amount of warming up or a break would alleviate the problem?

Ahhhhh, my recognition is going bad now. It took me like 10 seconds to find an edge for a corner during f2l.

I cubed today after 4 days of not cubing. It felt really awkward and I could barely turn the cube correctly.

It is so incredibly frustrating, hopefully tomorrow is better.

This typically takes me about 2 solves and then I find that my speed has not suffered at all.
In fact I have barely "speedsolved" at all the last couple of weeks and found that my first timed av of 12 was actually a PB.
"speedsolved" because I am actually quite a slow solver...

I have only been playing around with FMC, commutators, Petrus, Heise but never at speed.
Just relax and your times will be OK

yeah, it sucks when this happens. I average about 17-18 sec., but I stopped cubing for 4 days and I started averaging 22 sec. It then took me about 2 days to get my speed back.

same here haven't been cubing properly from 2-3 weeks , but now i am back training though my avg is sub35 but today i did an Ao10 was 36.xx , and my hands feel slow :(
