Then either 5x5 or 4x4. Both great events with little luck involved and high popularity.
4x4 has parity and is in that regards very luck based, getting 9/10 parities can make you lose from someone getting 1/10 when you're actually 1-2 seconds faster. Then either 5x5 or 4x4. Both great events with little luck involved and high popularity.

Stop insulting clock, the most glorious eventSkewb is a joke but at least it not pyraminx or clock
wow! I could have had a sub 1 with this scrambleMy PB single is 0.95 seconds and my fastest recorded average is 2.53. I remember my PB being even lower but for some reason I lost it.
clock is A LOT worse than skewb let's just get that out there.Stop insulting clock, the most glorious event
Skewb is kinda trash tho
Clock is a lot better than skewb. I average like 5-6 on skewb so I’m not terrible but it’s nowhere near as good as clock.clock is A LOT worse than skewb let's just get that out there.

As a skewb lover and clock lover at the same time, I got to say: Regardless of which event you like more, At this moment skewb’s hardware are way better than clock’s.Clock is a lot better than skewb. I average like 5-6 on skewb so I’m not terrible but it’s nowhere near as good as clock.
Lol that’s kinda true, but that’s the great thing about clock. You have to work for it. Good hardware isn’t given to you on a silver platter and you have to make it yourself. If you have a good clock, there was some sort of effort put into it, whether it be making it yourself or going out of your way to order one from a vendor. I understand the argument, butAs a skewb lover and clock lover at the same time, I got to say: Regardless of which event you like more, At this moment skewb’s hardware are way better than clock’s.
There are no factory magnetized clock on the market now and there are only lingao’s and rubik’s out there. On the other hand, there are already a bunch of really good skewb on the market, like the Wingy, Aoyan,Moyu magnetic......... You don’t need to CRACK a skewb open and add magnets in it with superglue(which can easily destroy a clock in the hands of beginners), the factory do it for you.
So right now, I think skewb is a better event just because the hardware.
I think there is no need to promote clock to a beginner with something like “Clock is better than skewb” “Clock is the most glorious event” when the beginner buys a clock, he has to literally CRACK it to make it glorious. Kind of bad IMO

1. While skewb hardware is bad, the event sometimes just seems bland and boring and really not fun to me and often to beginners who can’t find a good way to get faster
2. Clock is very unique.
While the hardware thing is important, I think that aspect alone should not be the sole determiner of an event’s “goodness”
( and I also just love clock )
I never said clock was accessible, I said that it was a good event. It doesn’t necessarily have to be popular to be high-quality.I'm going to diagree there, the better the available hardware on the market, the moe accesible an event is and the more popular. God know I don't want to go back to the era where you'd have to sand a SS 7x7 to have somewhat decent 7x7.
If harware is available people can focus on what's more interesting, devoloping turnig skills, finding out methods etc.
The only reason I kinda started to like clock recently is acquiring a Barron Wong clock.
