Should I go to US Nationals 2012?

Hey guys, if you didn't know the Cubing Nationals of 2012 will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Well i live in Las Vegas, NV and I want to go, but I dont know if I'm fast enough to even have a chance.My average is in the high 40s (46). What are most peoples averages when they go to comps like this.


NOTES: I still use the begginer's method and plan on learning the Fredrick method.

Times don't really matter. I've never been to a comp (age is a problem) and I know that just the joy of being at a competition is enough.

Hello and welcome to the forums!

People as slow as 2 minutes went to US Nationals 2011.

Also, I do recommend not posting the same topic more than 1 time. People get annoyed if you do that . For the future, I think it is best if you ask most questions in the One Answer Question Thread and you should also look at How to be a good forum member.

It's a year away, you don't think you will improve by then? If any comp is in your area you should go, you are lucky to have a comp so close to you.
