Could I use Dayan torpedoes in a SS Aurora to reduce popping? Has anyone tried this and do they fit? The edges look as if there was supposed to be an anti-pop but I guess that never happened...

I use mine for feet solving and it's never popped on me. I'd say it's on average tensions, is yours as well? Not sure whether dayan torpedoes would work in the SS.

The edges don't come apart so I don't think you can put them in there.

Mine still pops on average tension and I'm in the process of setting it up again because of this.
