I know this is a very subjective aspect to discuss and we get to know what works and what doesn't as we go along with practice routine.

There are a few questions that I wish to raise and discuss:

  • How many days to wait before doing a multi attempt on the same loci / palace ?
  • What is the best time to do multi attempt, hour long , or old style or time duration in between them?
  • What is the best way to warm up for a big attempt? Lots of 3BLD, pack practice etc
  • Does practicing at the same time as the scheduled MBLD round help in improving accuracy?
  • How to minimize blow-outs at home by analyzing the time and duration of our previous attempts?

Practicing multi is really tough. Almost all my attempts(which I rarely do tbh) are weekend mornings since those are the only times I can have an hour of silence. I have a problem that's really random but genuinely a big issue though. Because there's a lot of pollen right now where I live, my hayfever is really bad in the morning and it's basically impossible for me to do a multi attempt. I'll try to find time in the afternoon, but it'll be hard to get it quiet. As for warmup, I don't do this since my endurance in BLD isn't great and my performance gets a lot worse after warming up. Hopefully I can schedule a multi attempt soon though, I now have 20+ cubes so I can do proper 1 hr attempts and I need to practice before Great Lakes and UKC.
