Sausage's Hybrid Solution?

I do keyhole with intutive pairing(when it is easy to see how to pair them). But I am trying to learn a fully intutive c/e pairing F2L and the guides I'm reading don't help. Actually I usually 'accidentally' place piece together by myself. Is there a good guide for this?

There are two basic ways you can insert a c/e pair: R U R' and R U' R'. Do the inverses of these (and all other algorithms I use) to see what they solve. There's also F' U F and F' U' F. These four form the basis of intuitive F2L.

In order to do the F2L intuitively, all you really do is set up these cases and then execute them. In order to do that, you have to do F' or R (if the pair is the FR pair) to bring one of the two pieces in the pair out of the top layer. You can then move the top layer freely and do the inverse of the first move, and you have an entirely different case.

Just play around with it a little. You should be able to figure it out just by using these basic concepts.

DChan >> I wonder if it is possible to get sub-15 with a 2-look LL but an intuitive pairing F2L. I'd imagine it wouldn't be that hard.
AvGalen >> Yes, that would be possible. it would take LOOOOTS of practice though.
Erik >> Hmm, intuitive F2L is not (very) different from my F2L, just a couple (not much) extra shortcuts....

Erik: are you saying that to prove my point, or are you saying you didn't have LOOOOTS of practice?

PJK >> Hmmm.... intuitive F2L is how most top Fridrich cubers pair

PJK: I think they started with intuitive F2L, learned algs for their worst cases and now they might have done each alg so many times that the algs have become intuitive again.

Err. no I just say almost all 'algo's' are found by myself...
Of course later on I checked some, but why do you think intuitive F2L is so different from learning all 'algo's' from a site? I'd say 75% of the original algs are the same and 90% of the same lenght.....
