i'm looking for somone who knows this!

there is some kind of algorithm that is like a bunch of Rs and Us and the cube gets slightly scrambled and then it is solved again.

does any one know this??

A personal favorite of mine (though it isn't R's and U's) is this one:

R y or you could write it R B L F

I find that it actually works pretty well as a pseudo-scrambler. If you do this a bunch of times and then try to solve, it's often almost as if a regular scramble was applied.

Cruel assignment: Figure out how many repetitions THIS takes! :)

if i recall correctly, it was about 315 repetitions of RBLF. i used to do this to loosen up the cube, go one way til it solves, then go the other. ~600face turns would make a fairly loose cube ;)

my favorite pseudo-scrambler (altho it has very few repetitions, i think like 60) is R U R' f R' U y. it's finger trickable and has very fast effects (after just 2-3 repetitions, it looks pretty scrambled
