Not objectively. It depends on who you are and what you've practiced a ton.

It is objectively faster because it's fewer moves and regripless. Of course if you are faster with RUD that indicates that you practice RUD more. But it is very clear that RUuf is objectively faster

RUuf Gc perm is completely regripless, what do you mean?

I'd put E perm in E tier, the recog absolutely sucks for me, and the execution is alright, the only reason I'd put in E tier and not F tier is that I got it on my PB 17-second solve
