So I've been stuck between 16-18 seconds for a while now, and I was wondering what I specifically could do in order to improve my times in the most efficient way. A breakdown is given below.

Cross + F2L
10.49, 8.80, 12.06, 10.54, 11.93, 10.25, 10.50, (7.49), 11.68, 10.42, (12.52), 12.49 = 10.92

OLL
3.17, (3.97), 3.80, 3.52, 2.83, 3.15, 3.03, 3.13, (1.41), 2.28, 2.27, 2.40 = 2.96

PLL
2.97, (0.47), 3.83, 4.14, 2.90, 4.30, (4.92), 2.36, 1.11, 3.05, 4.49, 3.45 = 3.26

10.92 + 2.96 + 3.26 = 17.14

Also, please note that OLL times were gathered by finishing the last F2L pair BLD, then starting the timer before inspecting OLL, which is why the times are so high. For PLL, OLL was done BLD, the timer was started, and then I inspected and executed. Cross + F2L were inspected within 15 seconds beforehand, as in a real solve. In short, the times include recognition and AUF time. That is why the times add up to 17, because it is essentially the entire solve including inspection and all the other stuff, and simply a breakdown of the solve.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Oh, and also, disregard my signature. All of those times are out of date.

I finished an 18 second ao50 in June, I think. I'd make a video, but my camera just happens to be out of batteries at the moment, so maybe in a little while.

Also, yes, the 0.47 was a PLL skip, lol.

EDIT:
EXAMPLE SOLVE:
Scramble:
L' U L R2 D U B2 F2 D U L2 B R' D U2 B' F' L' R D2 U F D' R' B'
Done with white on top, green in front

Cross:
B2 L' F L2 D2
F2L 1: U' R' U R L' U L
F2L 2: U L U' L' U' y R U' R'
F2L 3: L' U L U' y' R U R'
F2L 4: y' U2 L' U' L F' L F L'
OLL: R U R' U R' F R F' U2 R' F R F'
PLL: y R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2

59 moves / 17.75s = 3.3 TPS
