Hi so i got into blindsolving recently and i started learning 3-style. I have no problem with memo, and i have some pretty good speed cubes as well. The only issue is learning. I've been learning comms for 3 days straight and I've learned about 100+ algs (7 stickers). The first two days was fine since it was weekends plus i have nothing to do. On the third day I'm starting to burnout. I don't know if it is because learning 3-4 stickers a day is too much but I really can't take it. If you know 3-style can you teach me the ways on how you memorize it? I'm struggling to learn that much algs.

I just finished full 3s a week ago, and I average 39-ish
I have some questions I will ask you.

1. Are you learning corners or edges?
2. What method are you currently maining right now?
2.5. Do you know orozco for both edges and corners?
3. Do you have a 3BLD tracker sheet?
4. Where are you learning your algs from?

1.I'm learning corners at the moment, I've already watched Jperm's tutorial for both corners and edges, but I figured I would learn corners first since it has lesser algs
2.I use old pochmann for both corners and edges
2.5.No, I do not know Orozco. I learn 3-style straight right after OP is because I'm quite familiar with and have a good understanding of comms. I can make my own algs and create any 3-style algs.
3. What's a 3BLD tracker sheet?
4. I use Dylan (Jperm) and Jack Cai's spreadsheet, sometimes I refer to BLDDB if the alg is bad to find one suitable for me.

So the problem is I can make any algs that is in 3-style, but I can't memorize them

got it.

0.5: Corners is one of the more difficult 3-Style sets to learn (the only one that might be is BigBLD wings), so don’t be too worried if it takes a while to learn the algs
1. That’s fair. I learned corners first too for a similar reason
3. A 3BLD tracker sheet is essentially a spreadsheet where I track which algs I know/use. I’ll link mine in the bottom as an example (i copy-pasted max hilliard’s sheet with a few updates for me)
4. Ok.

Honestly, my main advice is to learn the setup moves. just knowing the setup moves to the pure comm is most of the battle. If you can memorize those, the rest can be brute forced into muscle memory

Thank you. Your advice about learning the setup moves is actually helpful. Idk if this will work but thx for explaining it. Btw I can't access your spreadsheet, did you make it public?
