MGC Elite 2M, XMD Flare M, Valk 2 M or the good old Chuwen
Recommendations based on other people's recommendations.
Based on mine, A non mag meilong could get you all the way down to sub 2.

I would recommend learning CLL. You can get sub 4 with Ortega, but with the time you put into it you could get sub 3 with CLL

You can easily be sub 4 with ortega but you do need a new cube. If you’re in a budget, the QiYi MS 2x2 and the YJ YuPo are great options

Both learning and practicing with cll combined took me a week to get sub 4. Same with Eg and sub 3. Now i've forgotten all of them lol.
