Recieved broken Mefferts 4x4! :)

you may have remember me posting before about how my cube broke and a corner peice snapped so i really needed spare parts and couldnt get any?
well i kept messaging the DX site and finally managed to send them a picture of the broken peice but they wouldnt reply in the whole week and assumed they were ignoring or we sent to wrong place. but eventually my mom got an email from them saying they recieved it and would send replacement for the item and i was like yes!
sooo i finally recieved today just maybe.. 15 minutes ago and very happy, i got to the mail box, run back and open the package, then see it in the box and think (YES!) i start taking the cube out of the box... and it falls COMPLETELY APART in my hands... so i look at the cube.. and the core is snapped!
so yes its completely broken and useless cube haha.
BUT i dont really mind because ALL i really needed was that cube for the replacement peices and spare parts for my other one now, so i replaces the corner and i have a mefferts again
now i just hope the core doesnt break on my other one because if that happens.....

The core snapped? Are you sure the screws just didn't come out?

If it's one of those triangular pieces you can simply super glue them back to the core..

yeah it snapped for sure no screws came out
and no i can't super glue it, the way it snapped out i dont have a flat enough surface to glue it lol.

Exactly what I was thinking. It may have been somewhat useless to them, so they assumed you could make good use of it.

with finally a new good mefferts? just got a 54.50 avg of 12 about an hour ago with it
