That is not a good resource for learning FMC though. He does a fairly decent F2L and then gets lucky with a last layer skip. It doesn't show any FMC techniques other than blockbuilding. Normally FMC is all about influencing the last layer to get a short solution (at least with an F2L+LL approach) and I wouldn't want you to think that he was working for that LL-skip all the time during the blockbuilding.

Yes, except lots of advanced techniques luck also plays a role in FMC. "Getting lucky is not a crime" though
