Question about new F-II

I just received my new Sheng En F-II, and I have a little problem with the pieces.
Each piece (core aside) has a cap, and they all are quite loose. I was planning to glue them, but I have the same problem with the center caps. What should I do with it?

Put small sticker parts inside.
