Question About DIY Cubes

[cube]

Hi,
I heard that Type A DIY Cubes are the best, But why does the world Record Holder use a Rubik's Core with type B cubies?

Also, Where can you buy DIY Cubes? I have been to cube4you, but they did not specify the type of cube.

What is the best speedcube to buy?

(Please try to answer all of the questions, not just focus on one)

1) The world record cube is a DaYan ZhanChi prototype, not Rubik's core with type B cubies.

2) DIY cubes can be bought really at any cube store (Cube Depot, Cube4You, iCubeMart, lightake, etc).

3) There is no best speedcube, it's all preference. But, the most popular cube at the moment is the DaYan GuHong and the most anticipated cube is the DaYan ZhanChi.
