3x3 DIY Cubes Question

Hey, i was wondering.. is a white 3x3 diy (regular version with no capped corners/edges/etc.) still good? compared to the new one?

MOst people said they prefer the old type.....

The new type diy (third model) isn't so bad if you modify the centers, maybe I'll make a guide tomorrow.
